Don't send entire monitor assemblies. We do not work on CRT's and they do not ship well without the original packing.
Don't send monitor boards that have been butchered by those who have boldly gone before us. We cannot repair that kind of damage and still produce quality workmanship.
Don't rush us. We are highly experienced technicians and we do professional work. We will not rush through your work to accomodate someone else, or vice versa. We can be good or we can be fast. We have chosen to be ALLGOOD.
Do send us everything that we need:deflection board (main board); neck board; control board (the small board with the adjustment controls); monitor power supply if the monitor has a separate board, such as the Wells Gardner 3000; and the cables which connect these items.
Do provide a description of the problem in as much detail as possible.
Do include your name, phone number (very important), and address. Also please indicate your method of payment. We also ship COD.
